AMED Energy Saving Cooler - Energy Management System


AMED is a professional commercial equipment manufacturer, who has 20 years experience in 
this field. The products include beverage cooler, beer cooler, ice cream freezer, supermarket 
refrigeration, convenience store refrigeration, bakery showcase and gelato showcase. Our main customer

This is a industry products world. It take a lot of convenience to human beings life and help people to increase the quality of life. However, people also produced the pollution to world. In order to protect our mother earth, the world organization and many of the country government are focusing on pushing the green and low energy consumption products to the world.
We are also the one of the important company to make the green and low energy refrigeration products in the world. We wish we can spread the tech and help our customer to build up the green and low energy brand image. And then, the consumer will choose the green and low energy consumption products and return a green and low CO2 world to the next generation.
Therefore, we introduce one of the important advanced low energy tech which used on cooler and other commercial refrigeration equipment, such as beverage cooler, beer cooler, ice cream freezer, supermarket refrigeration ,bakery showcase, gelato showcase ,etc. The tech is Energy Management System ,we call it EMS controller in short name. It is a Intelligent electronic thermostat which used in Coca-cola, Pepsi , Heineken beer ,sab miller company, etc.
And how does the EMS reduce the energy consumption? There are following functions to help reduce the energy consumption.
1.Start and Standby function
It can learn by themselves, and know which time is peak season and which time is low season per day. So when the peak season time is coming, and the EMS will switch on the cooler to work by themselves, and when it is low season time, the EMS will control the cooler to standby. It can save 40% of the energy consumption per day.

2. Evaporator fan motor control automaticly
When the cooler or refrigeration equipment is opening, and the fan motor stopping spinning. It can reduce the
cooling air go out of the cooler and then save the energy.

3.  Lighting Control automaticly
When the shop is closed, and the light of the cooler and other refrigeration equipment will shut off automaticly. Sometimes the salesclerk forget to switch off the light. It will waste the energy and Shorten the life of the Lighting system.

This tech we used in our international drinks and food industry customer, and we believe more and more custo    mer will choose the EMS tech for their cooler and other refrigeration equipment, and bring the low energy consumption to the world. 

Classification and Operation of ULT Freezer

Ultra-low temperature freezer (ULT freezer) can be divided into 3 kinds according to the temperature range:

1 -60 degree freezer suit for tuna preservation, electronic devices, special materials at low temperature and stored plasma, biological materials, vaccines, reagents.

2 -86 degree ultra low temperature freezer -86 ULT freezer(ULT freezer), widely used in biological products, chemical reagents, serum, vaccines, bacteria, biological samples such as cryopreservation.

3 -105 degree to -150 degree ultra-low temperature freezer (ULT freezer) for research institutes, metal processing, biotechnology, blood banks, hospitals, epidemic prevention system, university laboratories, military enterprises.

Ultra-low temperature refrigerator (ULT freezer) generally using two stage cooling system, the first stage refrigerant R-12 (23.0 oz, 1oz = 28.349523g), high pressure of design pressure is 400ppsi (1ppsi = 6.89476X103Pa), low pressure is 90ppsi. Second stage refrigeration condensing and the first stage cooling evaporators are put together; the second stage refrigerant R-503 (8.5 oz), and R-290 (0.7 oz) mixture, high pressure of design pressure is 300ppsi. Temperature probe is thermistor, different temperatures displayed on the panel based on the size of the resistance (i.e., high and low temperature).

When power is turned on, the panel display temperature higher than the set temperature, the first stage compressor is started first, the first-stage refrigeration system to work, so that the second stage of the refrigeration system condenser temperature drop, the second stage refrigerant temperature drop, the delay of a few minutes, the second-stage refrigeration system to work, it is the inside surfaces of the evaporator, which enables the temperature inside the refrigerator down a lot, it is all the heat emitted from the condenser first stage absorption refrigeration system evaporator, condenser heat released the first stage is scattered in the air when the temperature reaches the set temperature inside the refrigerator, the temperature probe resistance spread the information, control relay de-energized, two refrigeration systems are all stops when the refrigerator temperature rises again, exceeds the set temperature, the refrigerator again to repeat the operation of the process, so that the refrigerator temperature is always maintained among the set temperature.
